SphereOptics GmbH in Germany maintains an optical laboratory for the certification of reflectance and color standards as well as wavelength standards on a Perkin-Elmer Lambda 19 UV-VIS-NIR spectrometer.  The calibrations are traceable to NIST and PTB and are offered for several wavelength areas. We will be pleased to make customized measurements in accordance with the user relating to relevance and feasibility. Our spectrometer is being calibrated and controlled on a regular basis with a primary standard from NIST. All measurements contains the spectral reflectance curve, a certificate and the measured data in rls-format. We can measure either in %Reflectance or in %Remission, whatever is needed by our customers.
