SphereOptics offers a selection of diffuse reflectance standards in different sizes of Zenith white and greyscale Standards and in 2008 our range of products have been completed by our cost-saving  Zenith Alucore targets. All Zenith products show an ideal Lambertian behavior and a constant reflectance throughout the wavelength range from 250nm to 2500nm. The calibrations are traceable to  NIST/PTB and can individually be made by a Perkin Elmer Lambda 19 high performance spectrometer.

Other optical features of Zenith are the high reflectance of more than 98% in the UV/VIS and NIR range as well as the mechanical and thermal stability. Thermal stability up to 250°C and a simple mechanical handling makes the porous PTFE to an ideal conductor of laserbeams or an excellent reflectance surface.

Our reflectance standards are available in two sizes (30/50mm diameter) and seven (7) reflectance values, also in a set combination including a Wavelength Standard with a mixture of Rare Oxides  (Holmium, Erbium and Dysprosium).

SphereOptics  offers an excellent recalibration- and cleaning service for used Standards. The calibrations are accompanied by a certificate which is traceable to a PTB primary standard including reasonable data documentation throughout the whole wavelength range.
